All prices are in CAD $ and are subject to change without prior notice.
7% GST or 15 % HST, as applicable, will be added to all orders. 7% PST, as applicable, will be added to all orders.

Purchases shipped outside of Canada will have the applicable taxes refunded after the completed order has been processed and paid in full. Orders shipped to the U.S. will have Canadian Federal GST applied to the sale (7%). Applicable tax refunds will be processed via our PayPal account or other method of our choice if the purchase was paid for other than through PayPal. Tax refunds will only be processed in cases where we are not obligated to collect sales tax. This will be at our discretion.

Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the shipment reaches your country. All orders are shipped CIF (cost, insurance, freight) Salt Spring Island, BC, Canada. Any additional charges must be borne by the purchaser. We have no control over these charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Postal shipments to the U.S. are generally not affected as all goods are manufactured in Canada.

When ordering from saltspringlavender.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Shipping & handling fees depend on the shipment weight and destination and are automatically calculated as you place your items into the PayPal shopping cart. These fees are estimates for North American destinations only. For shipments to other locations PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST.
 

All orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel ground freight. Delivery time is approximately 2-5 days (in Canada) after your order is processed and depending on delivery location. Orders are processed twice weekly.

Due to the nature of our products we cannot accept returns. Damaged or broken goods will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis and will be referred to Canada Post for possible insurance claims.
